Love the chair very comfortable and sturdy. However after having the chair for just over a month one of the seams that you lay back on tore open. Which created about an inch long hole. I called wiselift and let them know about the problem. They asked for a picture and then they immediately sent out a replacement backrest. They even allowed me to keep the original backrest (which was a nice touch).I thought I would keep using the one with the tear for a while but by the time I recieved the new backrest the inch tear was now a foot across and other seams had busted. So now I have replaced it with the new backrest and am hoping that the first tearing in the seam was just a fluke. If it was and the same thing does not happen with the replacement then I will update this review to 5 stars like I wanted to originally but couldn’t. Wise lift customer service is amazing.

I purchased the WiseLift 450 for my wife for Christmas as she had just about worn out a LazyBoy recliner and was having trouble reclining and raising her feet with it. This new WiseLift is the answer to all her needs. She can adjust her position for comfort the lighted control is excellent in a dimly lighted room. and it is so quiet it does not disturb anyone in the room when using it.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality lift chair. with all of it’s features.

after neck fusion i could only sleep in lift chair.. it took over 2 weeks that i could sleep in a bed. i will be going in for lower back surgery in feb. i know i will be thank full that i will be able to use it again after surgery.. but i use it for my primary seating every day. the massage and heat feature are great

Got this wonderful chair for my father-in-law a few weeks ago. He loves it and told me he uses it every day. He’s very picky about everything but he loves this chair! Besides being very comfortable, he loves how easy it’s to use the remote. I was a little concerned at first if this chair was strong enough for my father-in-law since he is a little bit on the heavier side. But that hasn’t been a problem at all! For the 1st time in over 28 years I’m actually sleeping through the night! Because of my having 14 herniated disc & 7 of them are compound fractures, and being disabled too I haven’t been able to get comfortable a enough to actually get some desperately needed sleep! I bought this chair for my father and he loves it. We finally found the perfect solution to keep him comfortable all day. He has a hard time getting up and out of chairs and he doesn’t like to be helped, so the lift feature is great. It had a slight wobble for the first week, so I had to adjust the levelers on the bottom, now its solid. The memory function is excellent, because he needs to be in a specific position to sleep and now he can get to it every time without having to adjust the back. This chair is the perfect solution for him
